REFLECTION WORDS

I did this on Adobe Illustrator, I used A4 landscape. The important decision was to choose words similar to the word 'reflection'. I decided to choose the words 'VISION', which represents the reflection you see through your eyes, and 'DUPLICATE' as if you were making a painting and it is reflected in the water. I used proximity for the words 'vision' and 'deep thought', and I used Hierarchy for the word 'deep thought' because it is the most important and the biggest and I positioned it in the middle of the page. I put together the words 'vision' and 'deep thought' as they both fit, what you think you will see through vision. I created a narrow border with the tool rectangle, and I stayed on the colors black and red so it wouldn't be too complicated.

Proportion and balance

I did this in Adobe Photoshop. I chose the image of the inside of a temple, and to match it I chose a type of cat from Egypt. To remove the background of my image I used mask. I tried to make the temple as symmetrical as possible, the cats have balance because I positioned them in the middle my image is symmetrical balance.

Practice leaflet

This leaflet is for practice to see what I could create for my final project. I made it in Adobe InDesign using several pages, front, inside, and back. I'm not passionate about making leaflets, I just think it's not for me, I prefer to make magazines.

Color for emphasis

Evaluation

Here, I took an image from Google with the reflection of a girl in the mirror, but the reflection is different. I emphasized the face outside the mirror, and the rest of the picture is a cooler color.

That's how I imagined in my head why the reflection is different, the one outside the mirror is serious and a bit sad, she's in a jacket and it's like she goes to work and doesn't have a social life, but the one in the mirror is how she would like her to be, that's how she is in her head, without any problem with the headphones on, listening to music, and forgetting about everything.

I did it with a mask, so I could emphasize only part of the picture, something that went well and I liked it was when I used the mask.

And then I also wrote something, 'You are your own reflection', I wanted to give a sense of thought because you are your reflection when you think about how you really are.
